Reconnect Coaching is a leadership advisory practice supporting CEOs, founders and senior leaders to better understand themselves, their teams and the organisations they lead. Their work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership and organisational change, offering a thoughtful, human approach to complex challenges.
We designed and developed a new website to reflect this positioning. The aim was to create something calm, clear and modern that mirrors the tone of their work, while making it easy for visitors to understand what Reconnect does and how to engage.
The site is built on WordPress and brings together key areas including services, approach, team, testimonials, resources and blog. Content is structured to guide visitors naturally through the journey, from understanding the offer to taking the next step, whether that is reading further, booking a call or getting in touch.
The design focuses on simplicity and clarity. A clean layout, soft colour palette and considered typography create space for the content to breathe, helping to communicate what can often be complex ideas in a more accessible way. Subtle animations, background videos and strong calls to action support the user experience without overwhelming it.
We also integrated practical features to support the business day to day, including an easy booking experience, testimonial sections to build trust, and dedicated pages for individual services and offers.
From an SEO and digital marketing perspective, the site was structured to improve visibility and ensure key services and topics can be easily found. Clear page hierarchies, optimised content and technical foundations all contribute to better search performance.
The website is fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile, providing a smooth experience regardless of device. We also provide reliable website hosting and ongoing support, ensuring the site remains secure, up to date and continues to perform as it should.
To support ongoing use of the site, we created video tutorials, making it easy for the team to manage content, update pages and stay in control of their website without needing ongoing developer input.
